Château d’Armailhac has its own team of vineyard and winery workers headed by Lucie Lauilhé, who took over as director of the estate in 2021. She is backed up by cellar-master Cédric Marc, and together they oversee a team of about thirty people.

Château d’Armailhac is one of the Rothschild family’s three Pauillac estates, alongside Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Clerc Milon. The three châteaux thus benefit from the shared expertise and know-how of all their teams, coordinated by Head Winemaker Jean-Emmanuel Danjoy.
